Joana Paes

With a degree in mass media, a post graduate course in Business Management, and seven years professional experience in the area of Publicity, Joana is the third generation representative in the management of the family enterprise. In 2007 a family decision placed her at the head of the project, which she is following with determination and persistence, and has attended a post graduate course in wine marketing and wine tasting workshops. She was raised in an environment connected to the area of viticulture and inherited the passion and taste for this activity.
João Pedro Passarinho
Winemaker
Born in January 1977. Took a degree in Production Engineering in IPS-ESAS and in Agricultural Engineering, and has also taken a post graduate degree in Marketing and Communication in IADE. He started out as a viticulture technician in the Estremadura and Ribatejo region and later, after obtaining several degrees in oenology accepted to become part of the Quinta da Casaboa project.
